What kind of junk removal services do you offer?All kinds and any kind. From people that move into the area looking to get rid of junk to weekend garage, house, shed clean outs, offer junk removal and demo to real estate agency’s, I’ve done a few horder houses and properties. Anything from a little to a huge project I do it all.

Do you handle hazardous waste removal?Currently no, but will look into this.

How does the pricing for your services work?By free estimate with phone call and maybe a few pictures from customers. Sometimes I may go on-site to give the estimate.

How long does a typical demolition project take?1 -3 days depending on the scale of the job. Typical Mobile home, shed, property buildings, porches all take 1 day and larger jobs like houses and commercial could take up to 3 days.

How quickly can you schedule a junk removal service?Same day or next day.

Are there any restrictions on the type or size of items you can remove?None. I'm a swole body and have all types of equipment to remove any and all objects from properties.

What safety measures do you have in place during demolition projects?The proper PPE. Hard hats, eye safety protection, reflective clothing and careful planning before we start and constant communication during the demo process. I get the permits and contact the town water and electrical company to ensure the power is off.

Can you handle asbestos removal?I currently do not. Will look into this .

Do you obtain the necessary permits for demolition projects?Yes I get the permits.

What areas do you serve in addition to Maiden, NC?Moorseville, Hickory, Newton, Conover, Lincolnton, Cornelius, Denver, Statesville, some of Charlotte -pretty much anywhere within a 30 mile radius to 28650.
